Packages submitted in response to this Request for Proposal must be delivered to and received by City of Long Beach
by or before 10:00 a.m. (CT) on MAY 13, 2025. Any packages received after this deadline will be deemed unresponsive and shall be returned to the addressee unopened.

RFP Respondents have the option of submitting RFP Packages in a SEALED envelope/container and clearly marked on the exterior of the package: “DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL SERVICES”.
